All plans include unlimited email accounts, cpanel, web applications installation, and support. Also, twice daily backups and software upgrades are provided at no additional cost.

Conversion plans are available to convert existing data from csv or spreadsheet format to webERP MySQL database tables for $95 per file for customers, vendors, and inventory.

Saving the best for last, we have designed Google Product integration software, that will automatically create the xml file required to post your products to Google's price comparison feature.  This often gets you a link on the first page with a picture of your product and price comparison with others!  We have yet to see anything that comes close to this for getting high page rankings with just the click of a button.

Joomla, webERP, and CARTwebERP

Joomla is installed for free and hosting is $9 per month. For installing the following software applications there is a $60 installation fee and add $5 per month to the hosting fee for each:

• webERP accounting system
• Integration of Joomla shopping cart component, CARTwebERP, with webERP accounting system.
• OrangeHRM payroll and human resource management.
• SugarCRM Customer Relationship Management, integrated with webERP

The Grand Plan, which is all of the above software, saves you $40 on installation making it $200 for installation and $29 per month

A word to the wise. Since you are here, you are wise.  Since you are wise, you will shop for price and quality.  You will find slightly cheaper hosts but

comparing prices is easy.  Comparing quality on the other hand, is difficult.  Keep in mind that "vendor lock" is a bad thing and you cannot go wrong. We provide an exit strategy in the cpanel that allows you to switch hosts easily. It serves as a redundant backup also. Going too cheap could be worse than paying too much!

• Be sure your host is using known reliable software.  We use Joomla, webERP, CARTwebERP, SugarCRM, and OrangeHRM.
• Be sure that this software is open source.   Proprietary software will not be able to keep up with open source.  This has been demonstrated in the market place with server software.
• Be sure that the software your host provides has other avenues of support and is hosted by other hosts. This should be software with a large install base and support community!  You need an alternative if there are issues with the host or you may want to host your own servers someday.

We will also inquire about your domain name and give you instructions where to point your DNS settings.  All you pay is hosting fees.
