Import Sales Order
1. Choose Customer

3. If customer has more than one branch, choose branch.
4. Browse to spreadsheet or csv file to import.
5. Enter the start line and endline of order detail. Match the column number with the data needed for sales order lines. For instance, if the part numbers are found in column 3 then enter that in the part column field. The core price column is for displaying and netting out the core price for items like brake shoes where a core deposit is charged and is not part of the sales price. If the extended column is available the total line price will be compared for accuracy.
In this example the customer used a common part number "Cardone part number" instead of the sellers part number for some line items. The associated parts component was used to enter the cross reference between "Cartdone part numbers" and the sellers part numbers. Selecting the Associated Parts - Cardone part number, the customers list with "Cardone part numbers" will be converted to a list with the sellers part numbers.
6. Click Prepare Sales Order to read the spreadsheet using the parameters for column and lines to produce a sales order to import.

7. The sales order data is checked for accurate part numbers and problems are highlighted in red. Also webERP kits are exploded to display the bom items as line items instead of the kit item used by the customer. You may edit the spread sheet to correct any errors and refresh this page.

8. You may accept the import with errors and only valid sales order details will be imported

9. The imported sales order is displayed.

10. Enjoy
